We are a communal space for psychotherapy, occupational therapy, trauma-informed somatic work, yoga & meditation in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis.
By integrating rigorously-researched Western approaches with historic Eastern intuitive practices, we treat the whole person-- body, mind, and spirit. Our centralized location allows us the privilege to serve clients in our surrounding neighborhoods of downtown Minneapolis, northeast Minneapolis, and south Minneapolis. Our licensed clinicians are also often able to work via telehealth throughout the state of Minnesota. Continue your journey of living life more fully.
